To secure an advanced reservation we ask for a deposit of the first nights stay which is non refundable (full payment if one night stay), which must be paid at the time of the booking. Deposit can be paid with a credit card which incurs a 2.5% transaction fee. A debit card or cheque is free of charge (If sending a cheque we will hold the booking for 5 days).

Card details are kept securely and used in case of cancellation or alteration.

If you need to cancel or make an alteration less than 14 days before your stay, full payment for the duration of your stay is due.

No exceptions will be made to the terms and conditions

We suggest that you take out holiday insurance even if you are a UK resident.

The remaining balance is payable during your stay.

We accept cash sterling, credit cards with a 2.5% per transaction fee or a debit card (no fee incurred) or a cheque with valid cheque card.
